What you'll be doing :
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Conduct proactive outbound calling to generate new business opportunities
- Schedule appointments with interested prospects and qualify leads
- Proactively network and expand the circle of prospects through various channels
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and conduct prospecting activities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
- Prepare accurate and competitive sales quotations for prospects
- Maintain up-to‑date records of client interactions, transactions, and progress in CRM system
- Prepare detailed sales performance reports with revenue analysis and realistic forecasting
- Demonstrate capability to drive sales process from initial planning to successful closure
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Client Relationship Management
Re‑engage previous prospects to identify current buying intentions and opportunitiesConduct email outreach and follow‑ups with potentially interested prospectsMaintain proper list of customers engaged and update records in CRM systemAttend client meetings together with Sales Director to understand customer requirementsInvolve in preparation of tenders and compilation of technical requirements
Support the sales team in achieving collective revenue goalsProvide market feedback and intelligence to inform business strategyCollaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution proposalsContribute to sales strategy planning and executionJob Requirements
Experience & Background
1‑3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology solutionsProven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targetsExperience in full sales cycle management from prospecting to closureDemonstrated success in lead generation and client relationship managementProficient in working with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience in using CRM systems for sales tracking and pipeline managementProficient in both English and Bahasa Melayu (written and spoken)Strong ability to prepare professional quotations and proposalsExcellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactionsPersonal Attributes
