Risk & Security Senior Manager - Intellectual Property Protection

Job descriptionBachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 3 years of experience in intellectual property protection, product governance, or risk control; Proficient in Excel, SQL, or other analytical tools; strong data sensitivity with the ability to efficiently extract and analyze data, develop actionable solutions, and drive execution; Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language for cross‑border communication; understanding of cultural diversity; overseas study or international work experience is preferred; Strong project management skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and solid business acumen.
Risk & Security Senior Manager - Intellectual Property Protection
- Responsible for intellectual property rights (IPR) governance and daily operations on the Alibaba International E-commerce platform;
- Monitor key metrics and perform data analysis to promptly identify changes in risks and business dynamics, continuously optimizing and adjusting strategies based on real-time conditions;
- Collaborate with legal teams, middle-office functions, and other stakeholders to design short- and long-term solutions in alignment with domestic and international regulatory requirements, and coordinate resources to ensure effective implementation;
- Assess IP-related risks from multiple perspectives—including regulators, rights owners, consumers, and merchants—and design comprehensive governance systems that balance risk management with commercial growth.
