Talent Acquisition Specialist (Forex / Investment Industry / Fintech Industry)

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.

Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Source candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, JobStreet, internal databases, etc.).

Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ suitability for forex / investment-related roles.

Coordinate with HR for offer letters, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.

Maintain an active talent pipeline for key positions.

Represent the company professionally at job fairs, networking events, and online platforms.

What We're Looking For :

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the forex, investment, or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of trading, investment, or financial products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
