Role

Process Engineer as part of the manufacturing team will develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes that drive efficiency and quality. You will play a critical role in stabilizing production, improving yield and productivity, and ensuring compliance with strict safety and environmental standards. This role is ideal for someone with a strong engineering background, analytical skills, and the ability to balance technical expertise with effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze production processes to identify issues, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for better quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
  • Support production and quality teams in identifying root causes of defects, downtime, or yield loss and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide technical solutions for yield and quality improvement in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Train and support production staff on new or improved processes.
  • Represent the Process Team in audits, safety committees, and technical review meetings, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Other Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate process documentation and oversee implementation of technical improvements.
  • Chair or participate in process-related meetings, providing technical input and solutions.
  • Support preventive maintenance activities by collaborating with the Maintenance Team.
  • Lead process audits and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
  • Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Materials, or Manufacturing Engineering).
  • 1–3 years of working experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound technical judgments.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across teams.
  • Knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental compliance standards in manufacturing.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving improvements.
