What You’ll Do

  • Provide exceptional concierge services in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English via phone and email.
  • Handle requests for dining, club reservations, gifts, tickets, spa & fitness, yachts, transport, and sightseeing for premium clients.
  • Ensure requests are managed efficiently and creatively to exceed member expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with APAC lifestyle trends and proactively offer tailored recommendations.
  • Promote exclusive events and lifestyle experiences to maximize member engagement.
  • Maintain a positive, solution-oriented, and professional approach at all times.

What We’re Looking For

  • Languages : Excellent English + Mandarin and / or Cantonese (HSK 5 / 6 or equivalent).
  • Experience : 2+ years in luxury hospitality, retail, travel, concierge, or customer service.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and administrative skills.
  • Passion for travel, gastronomy, culture, and luxury lifestyle.
  • Flexible, service-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills; CRM experience is a plus.

    Work Hours

    Full-time, 40 hours / week, shift-based between 07 : 00-23 : 00, including weekends and public holidays.
