Position : Marketing cum Sales

Salary : RM2,000 – RM2,500

Location : Restoran Asam Pedas London, No 2 & 4, Jalan 2 / 12, Bandar Baru Selayang, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor

Working Days : Monday – Saturday (Alternate Saturdays, 2X / Month)

Working Hours : 9.00 AM – 5.00 PM

Job Description

As a Marketing cum Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting the company's catering services, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong marketing skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1) Promote Catering Services – Create and implement marketing plans to promote catering services to companies, individuals, and event planners.

2) Manage Client Relationships – Build strong relationships with new and existing clients by handling inquiries, recommending suitable packages, and maintaining consistent follow-ups.

3) Marketing Campaigns – Plan and execute both online marketing campaigns (social media, email) and offline campaigns (brochures, food fairs, and on-site events).

4) Client Meetings & Event Planning – Meet clients and conduct event site visits to understand their requirements for weddings, corporate functions, and other events, then propose suitable menus and services.

5) Meet Sales Targets – Work actively to achieve monthly and yearly sales goals through strategic marketing and effective deal closing.

6) Coordinate with Teams – Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution and high client satisfaction.

7) Prepare Documents – Manage essential documents such as quotations, contracts, reports, and sales records.

8) Stay Updated on Market Trends – Monitor catering industry trends and suggest improvements to marketing strategies.

9) Provide Great Customer Service – Address complaints or issues promptly and professionally to maintain client trust and satisfaction.

10) Represent the Company – Attend events and exhibitions to promote the brand and build new business connections.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

1) Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2) Experience in catering sales, F&B, or event planning is an advantage.

3) Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

4) Ability to work flexible hours, especially during events.
