About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Chemical Production Operator to join our dynamic team at PHILKEM SDN. BHD. in Meru, Selangor. As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations, ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our products. What you'll be doing

  • Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance and output
  • Perform routine inspections and quality checks to maintain chemical product standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions to minimise downtime
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities
  • Adhere to all safety, health protocols and environmental regulations to ensure a safe work environment

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and operating instructions
