Job Scope
Preparing and typing legal correspondences / letters and court documents (e.g. pleadings, notices, bundles of documents, records of appeal etc).Filing and extracting court documents via the Court’s e-filing system.General administrative work (e.g. photocopying, scanning, e-filing, recording outgoing mails / couriers, file management - opening / closing files etc).Maintaining accurate records and tracking case timelines and deadlines.Must be able to handle simple accounts and prepare Vouchers, Invoices and Receipts.Answering phone calls and liaising with clients, court staff and law firms etc.#J-18808-Ljbffr
