Job Description

• Acquire customers and promote deposit products.
• Manage and build long‑term relationships with customers while building an active sales pipeline.
• Perform marketing calls on a monthly basis and generate cross‑selling and cross‑referral opportunities.
• Provide segment strategy support via strategic alliances and marketing integration.
• Lead client acquisition through partner bases, involving segmentation value proposition creation and distribution strategy.
• Integrate campaigns and partner co‑marketing sponsorship for internal sales activities.
• Develop and implement marketing communication strategies; track and report on all campaign launches.
• Identify leads to be pumped into the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for cross selling.
• Monitor CRM lead closure and reporting.
• Work closely with Personal Bankers and Relationship Managers on monthly onboarding events at branches.
