About the Role We’re seeking a driven and persuasive Sales and Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Instamedia. You’ll be the frontliner connecting with agencies and brands, pitching immersive solutions, and turning leads into long-term clients. What You’ll Be Doing : -Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities -Present tailored proposals for our digital experiences and activation solutions -Build and manage strong client relationships from first contact to closing -Collaborate closely with our project, creative, and tech teams to meet client objectives -Keep up with market trends and competitive landscape in the BrandTech and Experiential space  -Achieve monthly sales KPIs and assist in refining our go-to-market approach   What We’re Looking For : -Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing -Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills -Confidence in pitching to both SMEs and large brands -Self-starter with a results-driven mindset -Experience in creative agency, media, event, or tech-related sales is a plus -Bonus : Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn outreach strategies Why Join Us?   • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing -Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills -Confident in pitching to both SMEs and established brands -Strong sense of ownership and accountability in meeting sales targets -Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships -Comfortable working independently and as part of a team -Proficient in using email, LinkedIn, and CRM tools for outreach and follow-ups -Bonus : Experience in event tech, creative agency, or experiential marketing is a plus -Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus) -High commission scheme available for top performers
