Our client is a high-tech manufacturer dedicated to the recycling, regeneration, and application of renewable plastics, leading the way in low-carbon environmental protection and new sustainable trends.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen with a bachelor's degree and good command of Mandarin Chinese.
• Previous HR experience in a well-established company based in Malaysia at a supervisory / managerial level.
• Ability to build HR systems from scratch, with expertise in at least two of the following areas : compensation & benefits, recruitment, and training.
• Must have external liaison experience (e.g., visa processing, immigration office dealings, social security, tax-related matters).
• Strong personality, results-driven, and a firm believer in performance-based evaluation and meritocracy.

Work Location : Selangor, Malaysia.
