E-Commerce Executive (Shopify & Marketplaces)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage relationships with marketplace key account managers to optimize brand store presence on the platform.
• Build, manage and develop closely with key brands and partners as the representative of the e-commerce team in co‑marketing efforts to grow brand presence.
• Focus on content creation, livestreaming and digital marketing activities.
• Plan and execute monthly promotional campaigns (double digit, mid‑month, month‑end campaigns, etc.) on marketplaces to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Manage brand store content and ensure all information—including product listings, pricing and inventory—are up‑to‑date and accurate.
• Collaborate and coordinate across multiple departments (merchandising, e‑operation, visual team, etc.) to ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns and daily operations.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and closely monitor competitors’ activities to strengthen the brand’s market position.
• Propose and implement competitive strategies to maintain a strong market position.
• Provide reports and analyze sales data, conversion rates and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and growth.
