What You’ll Do

Strategic Growth & Consulting

  • Develop full-funnel digital marketing strategies across paid ads, CRO, content, and retention.
  • Advise eCommerce founders / teams on revenue growth opportunities and business bottlenecks.
  • Translate client goals into actionable strategies that impact bottom-line sales.

Campaign & Channel Ownership

  • Audit and plan campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
  • Provide CRO recommendations and website briefs for developers.
  • Guide email / CRM strategies for retention and customer lifetime value.

    • Client Advisory & Collaboration

  • Act as a client-facing growth consultant in meetings and reviews.
  • Work with ad specialists, account managers, and creatives to execute strategies.
  • Deep-dive into Shopify / store data, troubleshoot app-related issues, and propose fixes.

    • Data & Insights

  • Analyze performance data and extract actionable insights.
  • Build reports that connect marketing actions to sales and revenue impact.
