Senior Talent Acquisition Executive, Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, shortlisting and coordinating interviews.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Conduct phone screening and initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Prepare offer letters and handle pre‑boarding arrangements.
Onboarding & Orientation
Plan and execute onboarding programmes for new hires.Conduct orientation sessions and ensure smooth integration into the company.Coordinate with HR Manager and relevant departments on onboarding tasks.Learning & Development (L&D) Support
Assist in identifying employee training needs.Suggest suitable short courses or business training for staff.Coordinate training schedules, enrolments and attendance tracking.Employee Engagement Activities
Assist in planning team‑building activities, staff gatherings and internal engagement events.Support CSR initiatives such as charity programmes and volunteer events.HR Operational Support
Handle employees' claims, warranty‑related matters, and coordination with relevant parties.Support HR Manager on any administrative duties as required.Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.Minimum 2–3 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Strong understanding of hiring processes, assessments and screening techniques.Experience in onboarding, orientation or employee engagement activities is an added advantage.Ability to plan and coordinate training programmes or company events.Job Details
