Job description
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets for ELV and hospital communication systems.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in public (JKR, KKM) and private hospitals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including hospital management, consultants, contractors, and government agencies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including tender participation and contract negotiation.
  • Provide technical advice and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

    • Requirements

    • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in ELV systems, hospital solutions, or related industries.
    • Proven track record with JKR, KKM, and hospital projects (public and private sector).
    • Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes and government tendering.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
    • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
