Job description

A project executive is responsible for the administrative tasks that support the smooth running of a project, including managing project documentation, tracking progress, updating reports in excel template, and ensuring compliance with project guidelines, all under the direction of a project manager.

Key Responsibilities

Project Setup and Organization :

  • Creating and maintaining project files and documentation
  • Setting up project management tools (e.g. excel template, power point review etc …)
  • Creating campaign terms & conditions

Progress Tracking and Reporting :

  • Monitoring project milestones and deadlines
  • Updating project status reports and dashboards
  • Identifying potential issues and risks
  • Communicating project progress to stakeholders
  • Tracking of prizes delivery status
  • Administrative Support :

  • Managing project budgets and expenses
  • Handling procurement and vendor management
  • Maintaining project communication channels – client, supplier, consumer etc.
  • Update campaign tracking / entries as and when require
  • Quality Control :

  • Ensuring adherence to project quality standards
  • Reviewing project deliverables for accuracy
  • Requirement :

     Strong organizational skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

     Excellent communication skills : Clear and concise communication with project team members and stakeholders

     Attention to detail : Ensuring accuracy in documentation and reporting

     Analytical skills : Ability to identify trends and potential problems in project data

     Adaptability : Flexibility to adjust to changing project requirements
