About the Role

We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to join our dynamic and collaborative team in Kuala Lumpur. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, analytical, and communicative finance professional who thrives in a commercial environment and enjoys being part of a close‑knit, down‑to‑earth team. You’ll play a key role in supporting commercial decision‑making across our business — partnering with commercial leadership, sales teams, and product management to deliver financial insights, variance analysis, and process improvements that drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Business Partnering : Work closely with KS commercial leadership, sales teams, and product managers to provide clear financial insights and support commercial decision‑making. Confidently present your findings to stakeholders at multiple levels, explaining variances and trends with clarity and impact.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting : Prepare and present monthly reports, highlighting key variances and opportunities. Perform detailed cost centre reviews, investigate anomalies, and ensure timely, accurate financial data.
• Budgeting & Forecasting : Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles, helping to create robust plans aligned with business goals.
• Month‑End Responsibilities : Manage key month‑end tasks including journal postings and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting.
• Process Improvement & Projects : Take initiative in improving tools and processes — for example, streamlining clunky Excel templates or leading mini‑projects that enhance efficiency.
