Job Overview
The Front Office cum Telemarketing is responsible for managing the reception area, handling customer inquiries, and providing quotations for group while actively engaging in telemarketing activities to promote products or services, generate leads, and assist in achieving sales targets. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a persuasive communication style.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office Duties :
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Telemarketing Duties :
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.Present information clearly and persuasively to encourage interest, appointments, or sales.Follow up with leads and inquiries to maintain customer engagement.Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.Requirements
Education : Diploma in Marketing / Hotel line.Experience : Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or telemarketing is an advantage. (2-3 years experience)Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Professional telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM systems).Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.Personal Qualities :
