Responsibilities

  • Top-line sales and underwriting performance of the entire business with full P&L responsibility on top line and bottom-line results.
  • Developing and implementing business strategy to drive profitable growth of an emerging digital insurance business.
  • Building strong relationships with both traditional distributors and digital partners to maximize sales opportunities and enhance distribution capabilities across all lines.
  • Oversight and management of the business strategy in conjunction with Group office and functional leads.
  • Digital transformation of front and back-office processes, building best-of-class digital platforms, portals, website, mobile applications to improve distribution effectiveness and end-to-end customer experience.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance across the entire business.

You will be successful with / Qualifications

  • Completed degree from a reputable university in Business Administration, Technology, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experienced professional with at least 15 years in leadership, driving business growth and key accounts management.
  • Background with industries of either telco, retail, or insurance.
  • Relevant experience in driving large account deals acquisition in targeted industries.
  • Demonstrate leadership that will drive success of business. Problem-solver and able to provide vision and direction to the team.
  • Analytical with a strategic outlook.
  • In-depth knowledge of management and corporate governance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective management of people at all levels of the organization.
