Base pay range

Job Responsibility

Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and care.
Assist customers with basic website, domain, and hosting-related inquiries.
Troubleshoot issues to achieve one-call resolution.
Recommend suitable digital solutions through a consultative sales approach.
Meet performance goals (sales target, etc).
Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM qualification; Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Excellent command of English (verbal, written, and comprehension).

Experience in customer service, B2B sales, or call center support is an advantage.

Comfortable working with sales targets / KPIs.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Tech-savvy or interested in web / online tools (domains, hosting, e-commerce).

Willing to do sales; willing to work onsite; 24 / 7 rotational shifts.
