Job Responsibility
- Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and care.
- Assist customers with basic website, domain, and hosting-related inquiries.
- Troubleshoot issues to achieve one-call resolution.
- Recommend suitable digital solutions through a consultative sales approach.
- Meet performance goals (sales target, etc).
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification; Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Excellent command of English (verbal, written, and comprehension).Experience in customer service, B2B sales, or call center support is an advantage.Comfortable working with sales targets / KPIs.Strong communication and persuasion skills.Tech-savvy or interested in web / online tools (domains, hosting, e-commerce).Willing to do sales; willing to work onsite; 24 / 7 rotational shifts.Job Benefits
