- Able to speak and understand English and Mandarin
- Possess minimum Diploma or above
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a portfolio showcasing your proficiency in real estate or property-related projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of real estate marketing principles and the ability to translate property features into compelling visual narratives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with real estate agents, clients, and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
