Associate - L&D Programme Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Management of various systems – Learn Management Systems, Google Apps, Learner Evaluation Platforms.
  • Prepare target audience list and schedule necessary training sessions.
  • Monitor participant registration, attendance and follow up with absentees.
  • Communicate training instructions via e‑mail.
  • Work with Development Consultants to identify target audience and create groups in LMS.
  • Generate reports to track completion of learning objects, attendance and non‑attendance.
  • Set up Gmeet and Webex for physical and virtual classroom sessions.

Communications & Advertisements

  • Send out invitations, joining instructions and special instructions from instructors to the target audience.
  • Create and update Shared Drives (Admin Files) with resources and requirements of the learning event.
  • Draft and send communications for training using Canva, MailChip, Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Stakeholder Management

  • Source and book venue for training.
  • Coordinate printing and set‑up of room materials, AV, stationery.
  • Manage training budget.
  • Work with Development Consultants and instructors to understand learning solution requirements.
  • Coordinate with logistics, MIS, Facilities & Services and the PM team for seamless execution.
  • Source vendors, training or event venues and catering.
  • Learner Management

  • Respond to learner queries about learning objects.
  • Allocate cost for event expenses.
  • Send reminders to complete feedback forms.
  • Assign participants to correct learning assignments.
  • Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with team members to ensure completion of tasks.
  • Serve as backup for other coordinators on leave.
  • Provide support to Development Consultants and learners when needed.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of related experience (or fresh graduates encouraged).
  • Strong client focus and ability to deliver under fast‑paced conditions.
  • Meticulous and attention to detail.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
  • Agile, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Contract position, renewable.
