Overview

We are seeking a skilled and professional Spa / Wellness Therapist to deliver high-quality treatments and wellness services. The role is focused on ensuring clients receive the best standards of care, comfort, and relaxation while promoting overall well-being and service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a variety of spa and wellness treatments, including massage and other therapies (based on training and certification).
  • Conduct client consultations to understand individual needs and recommend suitable treatments or wellness packages.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products to ensure readiness before each session.
  • Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards across all spa facilities.
  • Accurately document and update treatment and client records.
  • Promote spa services, packages, and retail products in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
  • Ensure client comfort, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Participate in regular training and skill development programs to enhance service quality.

Requirements

  • Certification in massage therapy, spa, or wellness treatments (preferred).
  • Prior experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality settings is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional, customer-focused, and able to create a relaxing client experience.
  • Flexible to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
