Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry into the IFCA Property Developer System.
- Issue official receipts, credit / debit notes, and other documents to relevant departments in a timely manner.
- Timely issue progress billings, reminders, and notices to purchasers, end-financiers, and solicitors.
- Closely monitor and follow up on legal documentation such as undertakings, sales and purchase agreements (SPA), and loan assignments with solicitors.
- Monitor and follow up on the collection of progress claims and credit control.
- Liaise with purchaser's solicitors and end-financiers regarding loan documentation.
- Liaise with solicitors on the application for consent to transfer and memorandum of transfer (MOT).
- Analyze and prepare reports for management review.
- Implement any and all related policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Work closely with superiors on relevant administrative work.
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Property Administration, or equivalent.At least 3 years of working experience in sales administration in a property development firm.Be computer literate and have knowledge of the IFCA Property Developer System.Have knowledge of the Housing Development Act.Be able to work independently and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.Be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.Have a strong sense of responsibility and duty of care for the designated projects and duties.Be a team player with a pleasant personality, good attitude, initiative, and be result-oriented.Only shortlisted candidate will be notified.
