Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Our client is Southeast Asia’s leading personal finance platform, helping millions make informed decisions on loans, insurance, and credit cards. As the company scales its product offerings and market presence, it is expanding its Data & BI team to strengthen analytics capabilities and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Product, Marketing, Ops and senior EXCO stakeholders to gather requirements, define metrics, and prioritise reporting needs.
• Build scalable dashboards and self-serve reporting solutions that serve as single sources of truth.
• Present insights, key trends, and recommendations directly to senior leadership and executive teams .
• Own and maintain core KPI definitions and ensure consistency across the organisation.
• Write advanced SQL to extract, validate, and transform data from cloud data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery).
• Analyse patterns, anomalies, and opportunities, turning data into clear business recommendations.
• Support ad hoc deep-dives, performance reviews, and data-driven decision-making.
• Develop data mart models and collaborate with Data Engineering on data quality, processes, and improvements.
