Job descriptionSell packages or products (financial / insurance products) over the phone Simple and brief sales process (sales script provided) No need to find customers – the head office will provide high-quality customer leads Basic salary + regular incentives + special designated bonuses + commission + rewards (cash & travel) Monthly income can reach up to RM15,000 EPF + SOCSO Company provides professional training courses + meals Attractive remuneration package : Basic salary RM3,500 or above + EPF + unlimited sales commission + company profit sharing Achieving 100% of sales target : income can reach RM8,000–15,000 Top-performing and hardworking colleagues can earn RM10,000, RM20,000 or more Staff recognition with certificates & sales bonuses Special bonus for exceeding 100% of personal sales target Working hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00am–6 : 00pm (Optional Saturdays for those who want to achieve higher sales)
Requirements
- Qualification Requirement : SPM / STPM / "A" Level / Diploma / Degree holders; with or without experience are welcome
- Language Requirement : Able to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese (bilingual), basic communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia is acceptable
- Others : Preferably able to start work immediately (Malaysian citizens only)
- Traits : Highly motivated, willing to learn, and aiming for high income are preferred

- Job Preference : Prefer candidates who enjoy doing sales over the phone (No need to go outdoors or drive around to find clients like in traditional sales)
