Your Mission (What You'll Do) :

• Be the Face of Smileworld : You will be the first and most memorable point of contact for our aesthetic clients, building instant rapport and making them feel welcome.
• Provide a 5-Star Experience : You will guide clients through their journey, ensuring every single touchpoint—from their first WhatsApp message to their final appointment—is seamless, warm, and exceptional.
• Drive Clinic Growth (Sales) : You will be the primary link between a potential client and the clinic. Your main goal is to engage new leads (via phone, WhatsApp, and social media) and secure their booking for a consultation.
• Learn from the Best : You will undergo intensive, fully-paid training with our senior team and dentists. You will learn about our aesthetic treatments (aligners, veneers, smile makeovers) until you are a confident expert.
• Become a Sales Professional : Once trained, you will assist in (and eventually lead) client consultations, presenting the value of our treatment plans and helping clients commit to their new smile.
