Job descriptionFresh graduate or technician with relevant working experience is welcomed. Possess basic reading and writing skills in English and Malay to comprehend service / repair orders. Possess a valid class D driving license. Possess basic computer skills. Good communication skills with a professional attitude and the ability to work closely with workshop technicians.
Responsibilities
- Conduct repair, diagnosis and troubleshooting work with known repair methods at reception time. Increases customer satisfaction by performing minor service / repair correctly and clean the first time.
- Assist Senior Mechanics and other mechanics, whenever required.
- Perform PDI of new vehicles.
- Accomplish and maintain high levels of quality, productivity and efficiency; achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets to maintain a low rate of comeback repairs or complaints.
- Immediately inform Outlet Head of any work delays when jobs cannot meet the actual flat rate time.
- Be responsible for tools supplied.
- Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service, and good employee and community relations.
