Jr Business Analyst

Location : KL, Malaysia

Salary Range up to 4000 MYR Per Month

Note : open for freshers

Job Brief : We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations and industry trends.

Responsibilities :

Gather and analyze data to understand business requirements and identify areas for improvement.

Develop and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.

Liaise between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform business strategies.

Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Identify and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.

Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery.

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau).

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.

Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.

Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
