JOB SUMMARY
To support the planning, execution and evaluation of marketing and promotional strategies for TVET programmes offered by PUSAT BERTAULIAH CAWANGAN KUALA LUMPUR. The intern will gain valuable experience in digital marketing, event planning, content creation and public engagement while contributing to student recruitment and institutional branding initiatves.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.0 TVET Programme Marketing & Promotion
1.1 Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
- Assist in managing and updating official social media platforms (Facebook,Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor and report social media performance metrics such as reach, engagement,and follower growth.
- Ensure all digital content complies with internal guidelines and relevant policies.
1.2 Content & Collateral Development
Support the creation of promotional materials including posters, brochures, and digital banners.Assist in preparing presentation decks and infographics for roadshows and school outreach.Help capture and edit photos and videos for marketing purposes.Coordinate with internal teams for printing or digital publishing.1.3 Student Recruitment & Outreach
Engage directly with prospective students and parents to explain programme offerings and career pathways.Distribute marketing materials and collect contact details of potential students.Assist in follow-ups via calls, emails, or social media to convert leads into enrolments.Support in managing registration booths and promoting walk-in enquiries at the campus.2.0 Administrative Support & Reporting
2.1 Data Entry and Reporting
Maintain accurate student inquiry and outreach logs.Update databases related to marketing activities and student engagement.Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports on campaign outcomes and student response.Internal Coordination
Coordinate with other departments to gather information for marketing use (e.g., photos, updates, achievements).Attend internal meetings and document minutes when required.Assist in preparing internal newsletters or updates related to TVET programme outreach.SECONDARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Contribute ideas for new marketing strategies or channels relevant to the youth andTVET audience.
Maintain professionalism and represent the institution positively at all times during public engagements.Support other departmental functions as assigned by the supervisor.Stay updated on marketing trends, especially within the education sector.Assist with ad-hoc duties and special projects under the TVET Unit.Job Type : Internship
