About You
in hands-on e-commerce operations (listings, ads, customer service on Lazada / Shopee / TikTok / Shopify)
or procurement / supply chain
(inventory control, supplier negotiations, purchasing). You've executed strategies yourself—not just supervised. Retail / consumer goods is a plus.
: Can forecast at a basic level, track stock cover, time reorders, and manage slow movers. Comfortable with lead times, MOQ, and PO follow-through.
: Strong with Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, LOOKUP / XLOOKUP), and comfortable with margin math and simple cohort / ROAS checks.
: Owner mentality, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a start-up environment.
: E-commerce enthusiast; interest in the pet category is a plus.
: Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
: Numerical degree (accounting / finance / economics) or proven number-crunching ability.
