Quality Manager

Job Function / Responsibilities / Authorities

• Participation and working closely with Senior Management in establishing corporate strategic plan and objective to departmental goal.
• Drive quality management strategic to deliver customer requirements and maintaining company’s quality competitiveness.
• Participate in New Product Introduction.
• Recruit and maintain staff within quality organization.
• Develop, motivate and challenge all team members to perform to their full potential.
• Delegate and organize departmental workload according to project assignments.
• Co‑ordinate interaction between the Quality Department and all other manufacturing and support functions.
• Maintain Departmental KPI.
• Monitor and evaluate the level of involvement and success of the Quality Engineering activities and their impact on the continuous improvement of process yields and efficiencies.
• Manage Quality Management System, Certifications and operational function such as IQC, IPQC and OQA.
• Co‑ordinate with customers on quality and customer Audit matters.
• Maintain the ISO9001 & I-Quality Quality Management System in Plant.
