We’re Hiring : Junior L3 Support Engineer (Core Banking – Application Maintenance / Production Support)

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

About the Role

Join our Core Banking team and be part of supporting mission-critical applications in the Investments & Wealth domain. As a Junior L3 Support Engineer , you’ll handle application maintenance, production support, bug fixing, and small enhancements while ensuring smooth deployments and system stability.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide L3 support for Core Banking applications.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production issues.
  • Maintain and enhance applications in C#, .NET Core / Framework, MVC / Web API .
  • Work with SQL Server & Entity Framework for queries and optimization.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployments (exposure to ALDON on AS400 is a plus).

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years hands-on experience with C# (currently using).
  • Strong in .NET Core / .NET Framework (5 / 6 / 7+).
  • Experience with MVC / Web API development.
  • Skilled in SQL Server, Entity Framework .
  • Nice to have : End-to-end deployment, DevOps exposure, Core Banking domain knowledge.
