Litigation Lawyer

Responsibilities :

Attend all litigation matters and court matters involving motor insurance claims.
Draft pleadings, cause papers, and submissions.
Prepare legal opinions and conduct research on all legal and related matters.
Prepare status reports and updates to superiors and clients.
Attend to clients and other works assigned by the firm from time to time.

Candidates are expected to have good communication skills and be able to work with minimum supervision. Training will be provided. Seeking a hardworking and qualified candidate. Experience in insurance claim matters will be an added plus.

Qualifications and Requirements

Good drafting, analytical, and research skills.

Willing to learn and thrive under pressure.

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Meticulous, detail‑oriented, and diligent.

Good interpersonal skills.

Responsible, punctual and committed.
