What impact you’ll make

The Services Director – Asia (Advanced Countries) is a pivotal leadership role accountable for driving the services portfolio across the region. This position ensures seamless project execution, effective bid to service execution transitions, and delivery of innovative solutions aligned with global product strategy. A central focus is on creating new revenue streams, elevating customer success, and strengthening services financial performance by leveraging market insights and the global delivery organisation. You will engage directly with key customers in the utilities sector across transmission and distribution, collaborating with local and global stakeholders, delivery teams, product teams, and partners to deliver software solutions that empower customers during the energy transition. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Portfolio Leadership

Lead the successful delivery of projects and services, ensuring regional priorities are addressed through global delivery capabilities.

Drive growth initiatives to capture opportunities in the utility and OT software market.

Ensure operational readiness through robust resource planning, risk management, and compliance with PMO standards.

Align regional strategies with global and cross-functional teams to drive cohesive outcomes.
