Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the production organization and management of the machining team, reasonably allocate personnel and equipment according to the production plan to ensure the smooth completion of production tasks.
• Strictly abide by process discipline, supervise employees to operate in accordance with process documents and work instructions, and ensure the quality of processed products.
• Do a good job in the daily management and training of team members to improve their operating skills and comprehensive quality.
• Responsible for the daily inspection, maintenance and repair of production equipment, timely report equipment failures and assist maintenance personnel in handling them.
• Control material waste in the production process, do a good job in work-in-progress management and inventory checking, and reduce production costs.
• Implement safety production management systems, carry out safety inspections and hidden danger investigations to ensure the production safety of the team.

Job Requirement :

Working hours : Mon-Fri 8am-5.30pm

Salary : Up to RM4000
