Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
  • Engaging with potential clients to understand their challenges and requirements.
  • Developing and presenting customised solution proposals that address client needs.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the technical team and business partner to ensure seamless solution implementation.
  • Providing post-sales support and managing ongoing client relationships.
  • Contributing to the overall sales strategy and forecasting for the business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Mandarin / Cantonese.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the ICT industry is an advantage.
