Java Developer - Lead

Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience (Java 8 and above). Good knowledge of Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices. Experience with databases (SQL / NoSQL) and version control (Git). Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage. Previous experience mentoring junior developers or leading small initiatives is desirable, but formal leadership experience is not mandatory . Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to collaborate effectively. Step into a leadership-track role without requiring years of management experience. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications using Java and related technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers as needed.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices and high coding standards.
- Collaborate with product owners, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
- Support the team lead / manager in planning tasks, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies to propose improvements and innovation.
