Regional System Solutions Analyst APAC

Job Scope

The System Solutions Analyst is part of the APAC Regional Digital Transformation & Innovation Team. He helps the company in delivering its program to transform the business and process with solutions on System Integration, Robotics Process Automation and other AI tools. The System Solutions Analyst collaborates with developers, solutions teams, product teams and operation super-users to design and rollout innovative solution, ensuring successful adoption of the modern workspace.

Main Responsibilities

• Liaise with Business Process Management Team to develop solutions to resolve end-user and business pain-points.
• Lead the design and rollout of the System Integration and RPA solutions according to the best practice.
• Integration of various Transport Management System components and other solutions.
• Collaborate with the Implementation team and system owners in designing the roll-out and change management plan of solutions that will ensure effective user adoption
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and policies and develop a collaborative network with technology companies.
