Job description

Team Leadership and Project Management -Oversee the day-to-day operations of the design and development team. -Assign, manage, and track project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets. -Conduct regular team meetings, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative environment. -Implement and maintain efficient project workflows and quality control processes. -CMS Website Development -Design and develop responsive websites using the Duda platform. -Customize Duda templates to meet client requirements. -Integrate third-party applications and plugins. -Ensure websites are optimized for search engines and performance. -UI / UX Design -Conduct user research and create user personas. -Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. -Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. -Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs. -Ensure all designs are responsive and mobile friendly. -Social Media Graphic Design -Create visually engaging graphics for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). -Design social media posts, stories, ads, and profile graphics. -Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across social media. -Stay up-to-date with social media design trends and best practices. -Create templates for reusable social media content. -Client Communication and Relationship Management -Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on web development and design projects. -Gather and document client requirements, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. -Present design concepts and website progress to clients. -Manage client expectations and address any concerns. -Asset Management -Organize and maintain social media graphic assets. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art / Design / Creative Multimedia, Advertising / Media or any relevant certification. -At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. -Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Sunway. -Possession of creative flair, versatility. -Understanding of cultural considerations in creative design for global audiences is a plus. -Proven experience in website development and UI / UX design. -Proficiency with the CMS platform (Duda or similar). -Strong understanding of UI / UX principles and best practices. -Solid graphic design skills, particularly for social media content. -Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). -Understanding of social media platform dimensions and specifications. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Strong communication and time management skills. -A portfolio demonstrating Web design, UI / UX and social media graphic design.
