Overview

RM4,000.00 / bln - RM7,300.00 / bln

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle performance management and appraisal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Address employee grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and strategy.
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.

Job Requirements

  • Professional Knowledge — Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proactive & Solution-Oriented — Takes initiative to address HR challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • High Adaptability & Resilience — Thrives in a dynamic workplace and manages change effectively.

  • Language Proficiency — Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
