Unix Server Administrator

Job descriptionIdentifying, diagnosing, and resolving the escalated incident in Linux / Unix Server platforms Escalated the case to L3 Infrastructure / application team if need Perform the regular server operations such as setup, upgrade, patches deployment, monitoring and health checks, backup and restore etc Responsible for system troubleshooting and performance turning Prepare and maintain technical documentations Providing support on issues related to servers and storage Liaise with external vendors for IT Server operations and maintenance Willing to work night shift and on public holidays Good written and verbal communication skills in English, and Cantonese is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Computer Science or related discipline;
- Holder of ITIL Foundation or above is a plus
- More than 2 years relevant working experiences in Linux Servers, VMware, x86 servers and storage
