The role demands strong troubleshooting capabilities, a solid grasp of building facilities systems, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure optimal system performance.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC operations or related areas
• Proficiency in HVAC concepts, practices, and building systems
• Ability to independently manage and resolve complex tasks
• Familiarity with Facilities Management Systems (FMS), controls, and instrumentation is a plus
