About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join the marketing team at TukangemaS in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content across our digital platforms to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, sales.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Content Creation & Strategy :  Develop compelling and original content for a variety of channels , plan and execute content strategies that meet business objectives and target audience needs.
• Campaign Execution : Plan, execute and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns including both online and offline channels.
• Social Media Management : Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.
• Analytics and Reporting :  Track and report on content performance metrics, using data to inform future content strategies and improvements.
• Brand Consistency :  Ensure all content is consistent with our brand guidelines, tone, and style.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other team members, including marketing, sales, and product to align content efforts with overall marketing initiatives. Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to keep content relevant and engaging.
