Senior / Admin Executive - Property Company - Puchong / 5 days
Overview of responsibilities and expectations for the role.
Responsibilities
- Organize MCST / AGM logistics : compile agendas, ensure proper record keeping of statutory documents.
- Provide administrative support for ad hoc enquiries, complaints or escalations.
- Act as first escalation for HQ‑level resident enquiries / feedback; coordinate resolution via site teams or providers.
- Track statutory obligations : fire safety, lift inspections, pest control, etc. ensure certificates are valid.
- Provide status updates to Admin Manager and Portfolio Manager monthly.
- Assist in internal corporate initiatives : digitalization of strata records, STRISystems rollouts etc.
- Coordinate between portfolio operations teams and data‑submissions with legal / compliance or IT departments.
- Provide general admin assistance to HQ (phone support, service recovery, ad‑hoc tasks assigned by managers / director).
- Occasionally support walk‑in / resident escalations at head office, as needed.
Requirements
