Support integrated marketing campaigns with creative visual materials (banners, key visuals, event backdrops, merch, etc.). Translate marketing messages into impactful visuals that engage different audiences globally. Work closely with the Social Media, PR, Product Marketing, and Events teams to deliver visual content aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors on design deliverables. Propose fresh visual ideas that differentiate KuCoin in the competitive crypto exchange landscape. Explore new design formats (motion graphics, video assets, interactive visuals) to increase brand engagement. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Visual / Graphic Designer (crypto, fintech, or tech industry experience is a plus). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma / Sketch. Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in brand identity, campaign design, and digital / print production. Knowledge of visual storytelling for social media, online advertising, and event branding. Data-driven mindset : ability to interpret engagement metrics and optimize visual output. Strong communication skills, with fluency in
Mandarin / Cantonese
