Base pay range

Job Responsibility

  • Lead project-based sales for security and networking solutions (CCTV, access control, network systems).
  • Prepare professional proposals and deliver customized solutions to meet client project needs.
  • Conduct high-level business negotiations, presentations, and engage corporate stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and develop long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above preferred, but strong sales and business skills are most valued.
  • Prior experience in project sales, B2B solutions, or security industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with professional appearance and confidence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with corporate clients and decision-makers.
  • Proactive, responsible, and results-driven.
