Location : Perai – Pulau Pinang – Malaysia. Full‑time role within the Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) segment.

About the Role

As a Technical Supervisor, you will oversee a team responsible for providing administrative, process improvement and financial function support to senior technical business leaders. The role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function, focusing on preventive maintenance, repairs, and support for equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do

• Act as liaison with technical business leaders, facilities managers, and other internal and external clients to forecast workload demand and project deliverables.
• Manage, plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee the workload, deadlines, and day‑to‑day activities of the support team members to ensure effective delivery of services.
• Work with business leaders to resolve conflicting priorities.
• Coordinate and supervise the team’s daily activities.
• Apply advanced knowledge to develop new, better methods for accomplishing individual and departmental objectives.
• Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in‑depth knowledge of other disciplines within the organization.
• Coach others to develop expertise in most or all areas within the function.
• Lead by example and model behaviours that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Anticipate potential objections and persuade others, often at senior levels, to adopt a different perspective.
• Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi‑discipline teams.
• Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and / or operational plans to support functional goals.
• Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the ability to influence.
