Job descriptionAssist customers regarding beauty products. Provide timely support via multiple channels. Handle payments and customer data securely. Protect brand reputation and customer loyalty. Escalate priority issues when needed. Collaborate with team to improve support processes.
Beauty Advisor – Russian – 9‑month Contract (WFH)
Join TP as a Beauty Advisor (Remote) for a 9‑month contract starting this December.
Salary : RM9,000 + RM400 KPI.
Requirements :
- Interpersonal Skills : Active listening & objection handling; clear professional communication; emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure; open to feedback, fast learner, positive mindset; analytical & critical thinking skills.
- Technical Skills : Typing 40 WPM 90% accuracy; proficient in MS Windows & Office; able to read, write, & speak required support language.
