Duties and Responsibilities :
- To implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the property development processes.
- Assist General Manager / Deputy General Manager in ensuring smooth planning, implementation and successful completion of projects involved.
- To be involved in product development and market studies.
- Work closely with other consultant, towards accomplishing targeted datelines and milestones.
- Liaise internally with different department e.g. sales & marketing, procurement & etc in developing design.
- Organize / attend meetings or presentations for projects involves.
- Any other duty and responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in C&S Engineering or ArchitectureMaster's Degree is a plusMust have experience in managing development projectsAbility to communicate with people at all levels while possessing strong interpersonal and presentation abilitiesFamiliar with managing consultants, submission & authority approvalAble to work under tight timeline.Why should you consider this job opportunity?
